The Workers' Party of Hevatia (Borish: Hevatische Arbeiderspartij, HAP; lit. "Hevatian Workers' Party") is a communist party and the ruling party of Hevatia. The Constitution of Hevatia ordains the party as the leading sociopolitical force. The HAP was founded on 10 February 1920 and seized political power during the 1938 Hevatian Crisis.
