The Quetanan Armed Forces are in charge of guaranteeing the sovereignty and independence of the Republic of Quetana, defending its territorial integrity and the constitutional order, according to the functions entrusted to them by the Constitution. They are composed of: the Army, the Air Force, the Navy, and the Quetanan Intelligence Agency (QIA). The QAF is one of the most powerful militaries in Adula, and also occupies a prominent position in the structure of the Olympic Defense Alliance (WEDA). The Quetanan Armed Forces is also one of the oldest standing militaries in the world and often operates as the bulk of Coalition of Crown Albatross peacekeeping missions.
