.su is the Internet country code top-level domain (ccTLD) for the Soviet Union. It was established on 19 September, 1990. Registrations are restricted exclusively to Soviet citizens and organizations. Management of the domain (and internet traffic as a whole) is handled by VNIIPAS, a government organization.
