The Ziyaadist Uprising, Glorious Uprising, or the Deseleni Emergency (21 June 2041 - 15 December 2045) was a conflict that took place in several locations in Asianna, Europa, Amerigonna, Africanna, and the Middle East. It was the first major conflict taking place following the Neocon War, when pro-Ziyaadists and remaining Neocon forces still loyal to the Neocons and the Ziyaadists incited a rebellion across Africanna, the Middle East, Asianna, and Amerigonna in an attempt to overthrow the ruling Heimdallr-installed governments. As a result, the Heimdallr Council declared a State of Emergency. The massive numbers of Neocons and Deselenis who were pro-Ziyaadists meant that the emergency would be handled for the next 4 years. The pro-Ziyaadist movement had been largely consisted of Radicalist Neocon Youths and pro-Ziyaadists who were determined to place the visions of Ziyaad of the Levant in place, in addition to regaining the Seleucid Artifacts which have been under the safekeeping of the Tryphonic Council.
