The 2023 Winter Olympics, also known as Monnas '23 are an upcoming international winter multi-sport event scheduled to be held from November 9-21st, 2023, in Monnas, Paraboca, which will involve athletes from -insert number- nations in the CCA. The games, which were scheduled to be held in early February, were postponed to the end of 2023 as a result of restructuring of the tournaments which began in 2020, and likewise had led to the postponements of the 2021 Kasema and 2022 Saint Raneau Games.
Monnas won the bid to host from a competition of 5 cities, recieving 30 votes during the Olympic Committee summit in San Beausoleil. While the games will predominantly be held in Monnas, some events will be held in the city of Calatas.

Five nations submitted bids to host the 2023 Winter Olympics. Monnas, Paraboca; Druzhinya, Vrakara; Sjédal, Vœyetska; Qaqarsville, Sateroc; Daal, Greater Normark. Paraboca had previously submitted a bid for Calatas to host the 2021 Games, but they were narrowly beat out by Kasema.
Yuan had originally created a bid for Dengang, but this was later withdrawn amid international scrutiny for the Yuan government's treatment of the Manda Pangchu ethnic population in Dengang province. East Chanchajilla had also proposed a bid for Turania City, but its Congress voted to suspend the bid due to inflated cost projections.
