Devenson's Royal Armoury General Use Assault Rifle Mark V is a 1/4″×2″ Erbonian assault rifle in use by the Royal Army and Navy Royal. Its designation in the Armed Forces is the Rifled Gun, No. 2 Mk. II, Self-Loading Rifle. It replaced the earlier Mark IV battle rifle (Rifled Gun, No. 2 Mk. I, Self-Loading Rifle) as the standard-issue infantry rifle in the Royal Army in 1987, and in the Navy Royal in 1999. Despites its official name, it is commonly known as the Devenson Mk. V amongst soldiers. It has the Royal Quarry Number (RQN) of 4565.
