Chanceflicker

"Well look at this." Faziir held out one of his insectoid arms, upon which he wore what on the first glance seemed like a wristwatch. But the longer one looked at it, the more weird and cryptic details one noticed. Wrong amount of hands, wrong shape, wrong ticking. "It makes the chaotic events of the coincidentally world turn more in my favor. Trains arrive on time, rain comes when I need it and leaves when I don't, I luckily meet important people when they are in a good mood. Many small things like that, make the life easier. It would certainly have a strategic value." He pulled his arm back.

Vexspark-Syrup

Vexspark-Syrup is a magical liquid mixture created in Indefinite Color. It is largely mana, meddled with in many ways to make it a lot more volatile, especially reacting to conscious thought. It was developed to be injected into a person, who then will have the mana resources to cast spells. Because the Vexspark-Syrup is volatile and easily reacts to conscious thought, even those unskilled in Sorcery will be able to expend the mana for effects. Yet the substance is highly dangerous und unpredictable because of its volatility. The liquid is translucent, sparkly and of a constantly shifting color, with sticky a syrup-like consistency. It is sweet and tastes of hundreds of fruits mixed together.

Trivia
Vexspark-Syrup was developed by Indefinite Color as part of a cooperation with the nation of Tepror to enhance them with magic. Indefinite Color supplies Tepror with the substance. They created a device with a container filled with Vexspark-Syrup. Through tubes the fluid is injected into an individual, who can than cast primitive spells. Tepror is inhabited by a species called Skimtari, who have the ability to amplify energy flowing through their brain. They therefore inject the Vexspark-Syrup directly into their brains, to maximize efficiency.

In the official narrative, Tepror has nothing to do with the substance and no interest in acquiring it.
