Nindegaan, officially the Democratic Republic of Nindegaan (Tieradan: República Democrática de Nindegán) and also spelled Nindegan, is an archipelago and island country located in the southern Cercian Ocean near the western coast of Tusola.

Nindegaan is one of the poorest, most corrupt, and most unequal states on Earth. Most of its population, the majority of whom live in poverty, work in agriculture, fishing, mining, or the growing tourism sector. International organizations have labelled the country's human rights situation as "one of the worst crises in modern times", citing pervasive crime, violence, and political repression. Nindegaan has been ruled as a dominant-party state by the Nindegani National Congress (CNN) since independence in 1983. President Juan Borja has ruled the country as a dictator since taking power in 2001.
