Shūten Prison (Magian:終点), otherwise officially known as the Shūten Magical Girl Detention Facility, (Magian:終点魔法少女収容施設), is a high detention facility run by the Seigi Kaikan Detention Bureau located in Magia Regnum. The prison specializes in Magical Girls, particularly those who have committed serious crimes inside or out of Magia Regnum and notable for its detention of those inflicted with severe Hoka fever. The facility is also notable for its facilities which are used to house and exterminate Sono Shoujo.

Shūten Prison is of the highest level in Magia Regnum and thus its location highly confidential and its exact roster kept strictly secret.

Procedure

he process of detention and imprisonment for Magical Girls in the Magical Girl Realm is a strict and unforgiving one. Any Magical Girl who is suspected of committing high offenses against the laws of the realm is first taken into custody by the Inspections Department. The Department then proceeds to interrogate and investigate the charges against the accused, and if found guilty, they are sentenced accordingly. Upon conviction, the Magical Girl is then transferred to the Detention Bureau, which is responsible for maintaining and overseeing the various detention facilities in the realm. The Bureau operates several prisons, with the most infamous being Shūten Prison, where only the most dangerous and corrupt magical girls are incarcerated.

Once inside, the girls are subjected to a series of disabling measures, both magical and technological, that strip them of their magical abilities. These spells prevent the girls from accessing their magical powers or casting spells. To further enhance the effectiveness of these spells, the detention facilities are constructed with numerous technological barriers that dampen the magical energy in the environment. These barriers are made of a combination of materials that absorb and disperse magical energy, making it difficult for the girls to cast spells or use their magical abilities.

In addition to these barriers, the Magical Girls are issued a standard uniform that includes a metal collar that cannot be removed. The collar is enchanted with a spell that will issue a fatal electric shock if the Magical Girl tries to remove it or escape. This collar serves as a constant reminder to the girls that they are imprisoned and cannot escape. The detention facilities are also equipped with guards who are trained in the use of magical and technological devices that can suppress the powers of the Magical Girls. These guards are responsible for maintaining order in the facility and ensuring that the girls do not attempt to use their powers or escape.
