Proto-Master and Later Career

Dawn Breaker faced significant challenges in establishing a new government and consolidating power. She had to deal with a complex set of political and social issues, including the need to forge a new sense of national identity, create a system of government that was both stable and strong, and balance the interests of various factions within the magical girl community. Despite these challenges, Emi was able to establish herself as a strong and effective leader. She focused her efforts on building a strong military, developing a powerful network of allies, and working to unify the various factions of the magical girl community. Through her leadership, Magia Regnum was transformed from a collection of warring city-states into a united and powerful nation. Emi's leadership style was characterized by her strength, determination, and a fierce commitment to her goals. She was known for her strategic thinking, her ability to inspire and motivate her troops, and her unwavering dedication to the cause of Magia Regnum.

Emi's focus on strengthening the magical girls was fueled by her belief that they were the key to Magia Regnum's success and survival. She viewed them as the protectors of the nation and believed that they needed to be empowered to defend it from outside threats and internal discord. As a result, Emi implemented policies that favored the strongest magical girls and limited the influence of non-magical citizens. This led to a rigid class system where those without magical abilities were relegated to lower social statuses, with limited access to education, power, and resources. Emi was criticized for her authoritarian tendencies and her willingness to use force to achieve her goals. Her rule was characterized by a strict hierarchy that favored the strongest and most powerful magical girls, and she was often accused of neglecting the needs of the weaker members of society.

However, undnder Emi's leadership, Magia Regnum experienced a period of rapid growth and expansion. Despite criticisms of her leadership style, Emi's policies and reforms laid the foundation for the development of a strong, unified Magia Regnum. Her focus on military strength and the empowerment of magical girls allowed the nation to become a formidable force in the region, able to defend itself against outside threats and project its power beyond its borders. The new magical academy, which Emi oversaw, produced skilled and powerful magical girls who became key players in Magia Regnum's defense and expansion.

Personal Life

Death

Being one of the earliest magical girls to be created in Magia Regnum, Emi's frequent use of magic and her exposure to corruption sickness took a toll on her body and magical abilities as she aged. This was a common problem faced by early magical girls in Magia Regnum, as their bodies were not fully adapted to handle the stresses of magic. As a result, Emi often suffered from bouts of magical sickness and fatigue towards the end of her life. Emi's frequent use of magic and exposure to corruption sickness eventually led to her body being unable to handle her magic, causing her body to ultimately succumb to magical exhaustion in 894 at the age of 102, leading to her passing.
