The Government of Caldia (Ghaillish: Rialtas na Ghlítteacht), known domestically as His Majesty's Government (A Soilse Rialtas) and popularly as the Mac Suibhne Government and the Civil Government, is the central government of the Kingdom of Caldia.

The government is led by the taoiseach, who selects all the remaining ministers. The taoiseach and the other most senior ministers belong to the supreme decision-making committee, known as the cabinet. The government ministers typically sit in the Tionól, and are accountable to it. The government is dependent on the Tionól to make primary legislation and general elections are held every five years to elect a new Comhthionól Náisiúnta, unless there is a successful vote of no confidence in the government in the Comhthionól or an incumbent taoiseach calls a snap election, in which case an election may be held sooner. After an election, the monarch (currently King Kenneth IV) selects as taoiseach the leader of the party most likely to command a majority of TCs in the Comhthionól.

Under the Caldish constitution, executive authority lies with the monarch, although this authority is exercised only by, or on the advice of, the taoiseach and the cabinet. The cabinet members advise the monarch as members of the Council of State, the nation's privy council. The Council of State is directly presided over by the monarch. Cabinet members also exercise power directly as leaders of the government ministries.

The current taoiseach is Stiofán Mac Suibhne, who has served as taoiseach since February 2019 and is the leader of the Social Democrats.
