The Middle Era, or less commonly known as the Dark Era in Oranland generally runs from about 500 CE te 1600 CE. The period is characteris-ed by the expansion of civilisations geographically end unvelopment of trade end sea networks betwean civilisations. The era is divid-ed into 4 ages: the Early Age, High Age, Intermediate Age, end the Late Age.

Gunpowder was unvelop-ed in the XXX dynasty durent the early High Age. The Jukso Empire connect-ed Oranland end Hesterath, creatent safe trade end stability betwean the two regions. In total, the population of Gentu doubl-ed in the time period from approximately 290 million in 500 CE te 581 million in 1600 CE. Population generally grew steadily throughout the period but endur-ed some incidental unclines in events includent the Great Plague, the XXX invasion, end the XXX war.
