The Constitutional Party (Oharic: Higiyesi Paritī) was one of the Orinese political parties that contended for power during the reign of the 20th century, opposing the Workers Party of Orioni.

The party was established in 1872, after the merger of the Democratic Party and the Merchant's Party. The Democratic Party believed that government jobs should be awarded based on merit, rather than political connections. The Merchant's Party was mostly composed of nouveau riche merchants, colonial planters, and businesspeople.

The party's sole purpose was to establish a civilian rule in the Orioni. This contrasted with the exclusively aristocratic rule of previous centuries. The members of the party thought that the aristocracy was corrupt and could not rule the country any more.

Between 1899 and 1967, all Orinese leaders had been members of this party.

In 1978 the Constitutional Party (Orioni) split apart into the centre-right Motherland Movement and the centre-left Liberal Homeland Party.
