António Brafeo (born 18 March 1966 in Albate, Quetana), commonly known as Tony Brafeo, is a Quetanan lawyer and politician who served as the President of Quetana from 2016 until 2021, when he lost reelection in a landslide to Emília Medeiros. He was the leader of the Social Democratic Party from 2009 until 2021. He re-opened negotiations to leave WEDA and in early September 2018 controversially prorogued Parliament. Quetana faced a severe economic crisis in 2018, which was spurred by unsustainable growth in government debt. This led Brafeo's government to negotiate in 2019 with the government of Zamastan and the Coalition of Crown Albatross a loan to help the country stabilize its finances. Near the end of 2021, Brafeo was investigated for his role in the Guttesmara scandal, for which he was later charged with corruption following his departure from the presidency. He was found guilty and sentenced to 20 years in prison on November 28th, 2021, but was released to house arrest on September 25th, 2024.

Brafeo is considered a controversial figure in Quetanan politics. Supporters have praised him as humorous and entertaining, with an appeal stretching beyond traditional Conservative voters. Conversely, his critics have accused him of lying, elitism, cronyism, and bigotry. Despite his recent tenure, he has been thought by many experts to have been among the worst Presidents in Quetana's history.

Brafeo was a member of the Assembly of the Republic for the 8, 9th and 10th legislative terms, elected as the Prime Minister of Quetana in January 1999 following a special election to replace Rafugio de Lamos who was indicted on corruption charges during the 1998 World Cup.
