The Serpent's Staff (Neragese: Shlange's Stad) is a humanitarian organisation based in Tavares, Paloa with approximately 102.6 million volunteers, members and staff worldwide, which was founded to protect human life and health, to ensure respect for all human beings, and to prevent and alleviate human suffering. The First Bandua Convention of 1879 and its three following conventions: the Second Bandua Convention of 1890, Helmsburg Conference of 1914, and the Third Bandua Convention of 1945 have given the SS a mandate to protect victims of international and internal armed conflicts. Such victims include war wounded persons, prisoners, refugees, civilians, and other non-combatants. As of 2000, the Serpent's Staff has X member states.
