The 2022 C21 Essen Summit was the 55th summit meeting of the C21. It was held in Essen, Drambenburg on April 26th, 2022. It was the 2nd C21 Summit held in Drambenburg after the 2009 summit in Lerbin. The heads of state and representatives of the C21 member nations and other invited states discussed and formulated economic policies and issues, such as international financial stability, climate change mitigation, and sustainable development. Chancellor Walde Herzog hosted the summit, which was met with some criticism by participating member states who opposed Herzog's mobilization of troops near Lutharia in February.

Among the issues discussed at the summit were the continued trends of inflation and trade backlogs, expansion of observer statuses for non-member nations, and the intensified use of Coalition Trade Organization humanitarian relief for countries impacted by natural disasters. The eight themes were "Global Economy", "Trade and Investment", "Innovation", "Environment and Energy", "Employment", "Empowerment", "Development", and "Health".
