The Kingdom Fahran, despite recently emerging from a civil war, has sought to maintain or reestablish formal diplomatic relations with most nations. The foreign policy of Fahran is largely dictated by the Diwan, specifically the Grand Vizier and Vizier of Foreign Affairs, though numerous ministries, departments, and other actors exerice influence and the Queen retains theoretical supervisory powers as the Head of State.
