Trelum (pronounced /ˈtʃrɛlʊm/) is a province of the Trellinese Empire, coterminous with the metropolitan area of Trellin's capital and largest city, Martheqa, as defined by law. It is the seventh most populous province in Trellin and Hysera and the fourth smallest by total area.

The province is bordered to the north by Hysera, to the east by Saheri, to the south by Alyrum, and to the west by the Sea of Jajich. It is divided by the Serëtanz river flowing through the province from Saheri. Trelum has a population of 13,788,124 and covers a total area of 5,150.34 square kilometres. In addition to the presence of the capital, Trelum includes several other major population centres such as the port cities of Tanzigar, Pefië and Kavesa.

Trelum is regarded as the first territory in modern Trellin to have been permanently settled by the Ethlorek migrations. Between the fourth century BC and ninth century AD, it was a major theatre for the Trellinese-Hyseran wars.
