Vartugia has participated in the WorldVision Song Contest many times since its debut in WorldVision 60 with Filler-Man performing "Basically Nothing More Than a Filler of a Dead Meme, Because I Just Want to Waste Time. Vartugia has never won the contest nor has hosted it on vartugian soil, despite having bided to host it many times. The best results came in WSCxx.
In both contests with semi-finals, 100 and 107, Vartugia failed to qualify due to low placement in the semi finals and thus were not present at the final.
Controversy
Vartugia has been critizied by fans of WorldVision Song Contest, for their subpar quality of their entry with many of their entry being described as "even lower quality than low quality entries". As such, a movement has started to expell Vartugia out from the contest, with support from many fanclubs, WorldVision social media influenceres and a few deligations. Kärsten Gëlmender, journalist from Örkendrem Paper, has despribed this as a "loud movement that will might not go anywhere".
