Non-partisipating Contries

This edition's most noticable absents was Vartugia, who cited that due to "an anti-vartugian movement", they were to boycott WorldVision Song Contest. This annocment was well recived by fans, as Vartugia are seen as one of the most disliked countries in WorldVision for a vialrty of factors. Former vartugian representative Iama Stan represented Darkmania.
