Light City
Light City is located in the centre of the southern area of Saint Monkey, inside the Light City and the Lightning Lake region. It is surrounded by the Fenta Southern Highlands to the south, and to the north lies the Lait Peaks. The population of the city is 1.5 million, making it the 5th biggest city by population in Saint Monkey. The city is known for its' connection to Lightning, as 1.1 million lighting strikes in the region each year. It is believed that the Nito Tribe created the basis of the culture of Lightning.
In the 1600s, Light City was found, and the first building got struck by Lightning, giving it its' first name, Lait Nolapa (Light Village), eventually changing to Light City in the 1900s. One of the attractions to Light City is the names of towns, and statue, the majority of them being named after music. This was during the rise of EDM music, as many people began changing the names of towns, statues, lakes and rivers to music names. One of the most famous examples of this was Dubsteptown, a town with German architecture, built by them in the 1800s, got changed to Dubsteptown as it had many Dubstep artists from there.
The region is known for its' interesting architecture. Not only Dubsteptown, but also Jazz Corner, a 400m road, with architecture very reminiscent of the Achaean Republic, in Svetgrad. They also have a Russian Monastery, known as the Music Monastery, as it has a tradition where orthodox folk music is played there every year on the summer solstice, although due to its' location near the equator, Saint Monkey doesn't have a summer solstice. Light City has many other areas with unique architecture, with Italian, Spanish and some Japanese and Chinese buildings dotted around the area.

Theme
The logo for WV113 was a completely alternate from the original WorldVision Logo. It featured a Lightning style font, connecting to the slogan for this edition, "The Power of Music". The main theme of this contest revolved around EDM, specifically songs made from the Label Monsterdog. The postcards showed the artist at their home nation, then being transported to Saint Monkey, and specifically region Light City and the Lightning Lake. It showed natural areas with names that had music in its name, which this region is known for naming things after music. For example, Crustyland's postcard was one of Dubsteptown, a town in the North of the region named after the music genre, Dubstep.
There were 4 interval acts, Sayonara by Kiana Knight, winner of the 112th WorldVision Song Contest, I Want You Back by Part Saturn feat. Morris Harrison, Talking to Myself by Gotcha and Powa and Power Of Music sung by Aurora Kucera, but was originally produced by Banutang.
