The Latin Empire has formal diplomatic relations with most nations and are implemented by the Foreign and Overseas Office. The Emperor primarily plays the largest role in setting the nations foreign policy, though he does so in consultation of the Senate, the Consul and numerous other agencies play a role in setting policy, and many institutions and businesses have a voice and a role.

The Lord of Euracini | NOTES
Relations between Latium and Fabria-Poveglia have been present for centuries, if including the Latin throne's relations with the Holy See. Following independence of Latium, the Latin Emperor committed himself to the Latin Donation, which granted the Pope territories to govern. Following the Fabrian War of Unification between 1860 and 1864, relations grew steadily. The Donation and the positive ties between the Papacy and the Latin Monarchy has cemented close ties. Today Latium and Fabria-Poveglia enjoy very close ties, culturally, educationally, scientifically, economically and militarily. Latium is officially considered to be the Church's "Mallent Regnum" (Preferred Kingdom). |

Around the time of the Yarden Accords, both nations participated in and benefited from the peace talks, establishing greater trade relations and coming together in the Periclean Forum. Yisrael | |||
Maurianus Antistius | Latium and Yisrael have a historical legacy as hostile powers, dating back to the Latin Empire's conquest and rule over ancient Yisrael and its eventual destruction of the Second Temple in Yerushalayim and the dispersal of the Jews. Later, Latium became a geopolitical patron and supporter of Sydalon, an arch-foe of Yisrael, during the West Scipian Wars. However, after the 1973 Yarden Accords, the Latin and Yisraeli governments began bilateral cooperative measures to build trust, including intergovernmental summits, cultural and student exchanges, and growing commercial ties through the BC. In the 1980s, less-religious Yisraeli youths from the Nominal Religious sector of society began pursuing overseas study abroads in Latin colleges such as the University of Haenna and the University of Castellum Iohnnes XIII, while Latin youths and retirees simultaneously flocked to Yisrael's beach scene on its western and northern coasts abutting the Thalassan Ocean and Periclean Sea, respectively. By the early 1990s, relations between the two powers had warmed considerably, and by the start of the early 2000s, the bilateral relations are considered cordial and robust. | Yisraeli embassies and consulates
