The Neocon War (15 March 2031 - 1 May 2036) was fought between the Heimdallr Council led by the United Kingdom, Erebonian Empire, Gallia-Bruhl, Rubrum, Zanarkand, and New Akiba against the Neocon nations led by Quenmin, Joyonghea, Bethausia, Holy Trabian Empire, Concordia, and their puppet states. The war was the result of the split that occureed among the Allied side during the Eurasianna War.

One of the reasons for the war was the conflict on the issue of the government ruling over the Autocratic East Europan Imperial Alliance with the Heimdallr Council wanting a Parliamentary Constitutional Monarchy under the rule of Louis Ferdinand I, the brother of Maximillian III and the youngest son of Maximillian II while the Neoconservatives wanted to install a single state republic under a puppet government.

The tide of the war would occur when the Neocons unleashed a massive blizzard and snowstorm against the Erebonian Empire with the Orb of Nicephorus, causing extensive damage on the Western Erebonian Seaboard and causing one of the worst snow storms in Europa and in Zemuria. The blizzard itself would not dissipate until an operation carried out by Task Force 141 and Thieu's Delinquents managed to locate the Orb, steal it, and destroyed the facility. Following this event, it led to massive retaliation by the Heimdallr Council, culminating in the destruction of the SOLBOA. The 2033 Randgriz Conference was held following the blizzard and the Heimdallr Council concluded that with so much destruction on property and human life that the Neocons have committed, they would fight with savagery, with Prime Minister Ignis Stupeo Scientia declaring that there would be no negotiations, but Unconditional surrender.
