Nuvania first participated in the Invictus Games in 1902 and has since participated in every single games since then. Nuvania has yet to enter the Winter Invictus Games, owing to a lack of funding and interest in winter sports.

Nuvania won its first Invictus medals at the 1910 Invictus Games in Morwall, Estmere, including it's first gold medal, with the country recording it's most successful games at the 2018 Invictus Games in Spálgleann, Caldia, winning 18 medals in total, including five gold medals. The country has won most of its medals in boxing and athletics, with Nuvania also having notable success in cycling, swimming, and weightlifting.
