Mutul

  • During the Mutulese Colonial Empire, the Supreme Susurrant ruled on the question of foreign policy relating to human sacrifices. The official declaration stated that voluntary loss of life was an acceptable moral act and contrasted it with the unacceptable moral act of "stealing" life. This ruling was upheld later after the independence movement.
  • The Belisarian Community's Common Foreign and Security Policy towards Mutul includes a travel ban on members of the Mutulese government, with a focus on high ranking government officials in the interior ministry and general policing agencies, with room for individual BC member-states to enact discretionary bans at the border checkpoints. There are also increased punitive tariffs on all Mutulese goods and services.
