A number of countries neighboring or nearby in Scipia have pointed to the regime's stated goal of "rais[ing] the banners of Ali and Hussein over the two edges of Scipia," referring to a plan to invade and annex every sovereign state between Sydalon and the Bahktaric Worker's Republic under the Maradi flag.

The Nahlian government vehemently deny these claims and asserts they product of anti-Islamic hysteria and attempts to restablish Imperialism within Nahlia.

Mutul
- During the Mutulese Colonial Empire, the Supreme Susurrant ruled on the question of foreign policy relating to human sacrifices. The official declaration stated that voluntary loss of life was an acceptable moral act and contrasted it with the unacceptable moral act of "stealing" life. This ruling was upheld later after the independence movement.
- The Belisarian Community's Common Foreign and Security Policy towards Mutul includes a travel ban on members of the Mutulese government, with a focus on high ranking government officials in the interior ministry and general policing agencies, with room for individual BC member-states to enact discretionary bans at the border checkpoints. There are also increased punitive tariffs on all Mutulese goods and services.
- Despite the lack of political or trade ties, Mutul and Yisrael still have limited interaction due to both countries' strong ties to Sante Reze and Belfras. To avoid international complications with their shared friendly powers, both have appointed Sante Reze as a protecting power for their interests in the other's territories. The Mutulese Interests Section resides in the Sante Rezes embassy in Yerushalayim, Yisrael, and a reciprocal Yisraeli Interests Section is located in the Sante Rezes embassy in Kalak'Muul, Mutul.
