The national public broadcaster Alternative International Media (AIM) revealed that while the participant and the individuals involved in the accident only sustained minor injuries, the broadcaster was found fit to announce a mandatory pause on preparations of the Plangainerian act for the contest.
Later on the 4th of July, the broadcaster announced that due to the conditions of her injuries, she would not be fit to represent Plangainer and thus had resulted in the broadcaster announcing the withdrawal from the contest. The majority of Plangainerian outlets had picked up on the incident, including the Plangainerian Head of Senate.
