The International Standards Commission (ISC) is an independant, inter-governmental body, which primarily focuses on developing, publishing international standards, common conventions, common names, and administrative resources in a variety of wide ranging and different areas for the purposess of global coordination. Some of these areas include timezones, calling codes, transportation, astronomical names, internet technology, and trade, among others.

Although the ISC is the de facto international standards agency for Anteria as a whole, it has no enforcement mechanisms meaning that the actions, policies, standards, conventions, and other promotions of the ISC are non-binding, and only serve as way to coordinate the international community. There are no ways to enforce ISC conventions by design.

Despite these barriers, a majority of ISC's standards and conventions have been widly accepted by most of the world's nations.
