The International Coalition on Aviation, Road and Rail, Underground Services, and the Sea (ICARRUSS) is a inter-governmental coordinating and regulating body which establishes a basic international framework on transportation across the world. ICARRUSS promotes standardization, facilitates cooperation, assigns international codes, establishes guidelines, publishes specifications, tests protocols, drafts and collects funding for infrastructure projects, settles disputes, and promotes transportation freedoms that are used in air, rail, road, and maritime purposes between its member states and also promotes and develops public transportation designs, construction, regulation, and management throughout the world.
Although ICARRUSS is the de facto international transportation agency for Anteria as a whole, It is not an officially international sanctioned agency; both actions and policies of ICARRUSS are not binding, but rather are ways to coordinate laws and policies in the field of transportation across the world. Despite these barriers, ICARRUSS has managed to succeed in various different ways.
ICARRUSS is made up of five separate entities which include ICARRUSS Administration, the International Aviation Association, International Road and Rail Association, International Underground Services Association, and the International Sea Association.
