Innä is the capital and largest city of Shadoveil. The administrative center of Innä Prefecture, Innä is the country's main port, commercial, and political center. It is one of the most populous and largest cities of Thuadia and the Rimidic Ocean as well as the largest city in Anteria as a whole.

The city was founded by an unknown member of House Alaakerz shortly after the mass exodus from Nyalan as a small fort to house the dynasty. Over time it eventually became a khanate and expanded its territory to cover most of the Shadoveilian coastline along the Sivuk Gulf. Eventually the khanate was the one to unite Shadoveil into the Shadoveilian Saglakhanate and became the capital of a united Shadoveil.

The city is the seat of the Shadoveilian government since 1710, housing the Supreme National Council of the People's Liberation, various ministries and foreign diplomatic offices. The chairwoman of Innä is TBA (SWUP) since 2022.
