The Newlands is a district in New Gough Island. It is the largely a residential and suburban area in the country. It is home to vast increasing suburban development. There are 12 neighborhoods in the district: Scottland Park, Fenburg, Hartridge, Westberg, Westerlin, Zaldeo, New Caledonia, New Raymound, Gallatin, Greycott, Sunny Beach, and Fernland.
