The Fresian Confederate Army was created in 1818 after the Fresian government passed the Army Union Act that reformed the Free Fresian Army into the Fresian Confederate Army and their purpose was to conduct military warfare against the enemies of the Fresian Confederacy on land.

The Fresian Confederate Army is based in the city of Kenigineferbliu, has a budget of $12,175,625,000, and currently has 60,000 personnel under its command who form the 1st Fresian Corps which consists of 1 Motorized Infantry Division, 1 Mechanized Infantry Division, 2 Artillery Battalion, 2 Armoured Brigade, 1 Support Brigade, 1 National Guard Brigade, 1 Seaborne Brigade, 1 Air Assault Battalion, and 1 Paratrooper Regiment.

The Fresian Confederate Army's doctrine revolves around massive operations with overwhelming firepower through rapid combined arms warfare which is why most of the infantry are motorized or mechanized to mobility in troop movement, artillery and armour battalions are crucial support units and offensives rarely happen when close air support isn't available, making the FCA extremely effective against urban or flat open terrain and weak against mountainous regions or regions with extensive forests.
