The Special Operations & Airborne Command was a joint-Allied special operations unit that existed during the Seleucid Uprising. It was consisted of Lucian, Zanarkian, New Akibander, Gallian, Nihhonese, Erebonian, Rubrumian, Basel-Ebelian, Nibelheimian, Jutlander, Concordian, Taoyuanese, Balambian, Estharian, Quenminese, Joyonghean, and Ilarian personnel who had experience during the Second Europan War. The SOAC was created in response to Deleseni operations on searching for ancient artifacts, raids on Allied territory, gathering of intelligence, and sabotaging enemy installations.
