Nexalan Infomation:

Nexalan is a country located in the world of Anteria, and in the region of Meredonne, Nexalan is in the Paisi Union, Nexalan is known for its reserved tropical land. Nexalan is bordered with Template:Country data TheNewModernSpanishEmpire, Senalan, As well as Mbuntrare and Template:Country data Tri Nexalan is also known for its freedom, and being the one of the only country's that hasnt had war in the last 506 years. Nexalan is one of the best fishing spots in Anteria.

History:

Founding:

On 1434 a group of natives who set of on a boat to escape from there countrys strict and unfair rules, the group of natives came to the land and made it there home, they called the land "Next Peace" because of it not having any leaders or strict rules, soon enough it became a popular retreat and was considered one of the most free lands in Anteria.

As Nexalan Became a popular retreat for people escaping other countrys people in other countries became to notice how people were leaving to another area, then the country Ezcablandor declared to search for the island and take over it and put the people in horrible prisons, it took 7 months until they found Nexalan and war began. Nexalan never saw it coming and so the war started, the whole island were killing and fighting for the land, even children young as 5 were involved in the war, however the war lasted 3 years and Nexalan was in defeat, as Ezcablandor were to powerful, they took over the land and people were put in cells as strict rules were placed.

Nexalan was renamed Kordesiola and was down in hope, until a boy by the name of "Alastair Jacobson" was furious on how they gave up on there peace, so he promoted to his 3 other cell mates that we should take back the land, they decided to join with him to get there land back, soon enough the whole prison knew about the plan and no one else saw what was coming, one night Alastair Jacobson lead everyone to a secret exit, they gathered many weapons from gaurds and stole every weapon in sight around the area and then war began, it was a 8 hour fight, the Nexalanians were furious and killed everyone in there path, the king declared evacuation but it was to late, everyone was killed, some people managed to evacuate, the king was also killed. There land was declared Independant. To this day we celebrate this on November 2nd.

Demographics

Language

Most of Nexalan is English, there native language is dutch. Japanese is also a regognized language mostly in the city of Ulmic, following Template:The Great Sanjion Immigration of 1934., where 3,409 immigrants from Sanjion escaped by boat and ended up in Nexalan. The offical language in Nexalan is English, except for Yamara, which is mostly consisted of Japanese, Nexalanese Supreme Court ruled in 2013 that you must be fluent in Japanese in order to be a resident in the area.

Religion

Most of Nexalan's population is non religious, mainly because Nexalan in general does not have a history of religious practices, of course all religions are respected and not abolished as everyone is free to practice what they please.

Education

Nexalan is considered to have one of the most educated population, with only 1% of people reporting not getting a degree in school. Many big universities in Nexalan include Wilkes University in Elmer Beach, Wanedai University in Yamara, June University in Ulmic, Zara University in New Apex.

Residents are required to get some form of education, one they finish middle school, they can have the option to stop school, but there will be a 4% chance of getting a major job.

In a survey done in 2014, 78% of residents use personal cars, 12% use the subway, 10% use a public bus.

While most residents use personal cars, most residents in more populated areas use public transportation provided by the city. There is a total of 912,455 subway stations across Nexalan, and more than 1 Million bus stops.

Culture

Food

Nexalan has a wide varity of foods that is recognized in many countries. Nexalan is most notable for the creation of Sandwiches in 1729 by Mohn Ontagu, as well as Heifeling, a beer made in 1934 that is recognized as Anteria's favorite beer. Many other popular dishes include, Surate, Mieger, Ertwen, Puree, etc.

Hiefling, a beer company founded in Pearltu in 1766, recognized as Anteria's favorite beer.

Cinema

Nexalan has a good history of sucessful films in the cinema industry. Yamara in Nexalan is a main spot for cheap film making. Many well known films like Off in a River and 死世界 (Dead World) are the most sucessful films made in Nexalan, with over $60,000,000 dollars in revenue. Nexalan is also a hot spot for Action and Drama movies, due to its tropical area and popular volcanos in Nexalan. A total of 78,439,3930 films have been done in Nexalan, 600,849 shows also (As of 2020).

Sports

The most widely popular sports in Nexalan is Football (Soccer), Baseball, and Basketball. Nexalan is in IFA in a team called Nexalan United and has won a world cup before, Nexalan has a major league baseball team in each territories, most widely popular teams include Elmer Electric, Ulmic Rams, and the Yamara Fighters, there is a championship every February to conclude the baseball season, which determines the ultimate baseball team of the year, before the season then starts again in July. Basketball also has teams by territory that are national teams that then compete in a championship during April to conclude the season.

Mass Media

NNP (Nation of Nexalans People) is the most viewed news program in Nexalan, with 92% of all residences viewing the channel monthly

In a survery done in 2019, 92% of Nexalan residences reported that they get most of there media from NNP, the most viewed broadcasting company in Nexalan. Typically, it runs News from 5am to 5pm, then will broadcast original drama, comedy, documentaries, until 2am, where the broadcast will show live views of Nexalan cities and weather as it plays music, in which 61% of residences report typically falling asleep during this broadcast. NNP also has one of the most technologically advanced weather trackers and earthquake detectors, making every other channel in Nexalan required to air emergency messages sent by NNP. The most notable shows by genre include Drama: Falling in the Snow, The Pit, Dancing in Asteroids, Jerioq and Her. As well as Game Shows: A Win is a Win, The Showdown of Centuries, Life of Paradice. And many others.
