Foreigners who wish to drive or operate a vehicle in The Vanna must be at least 16 years old and have a valid and current driving or operating permit/license from their country of origin. They will submit their permit/license to the federal Department of Transportation. After an internal review process and the foreigner takes a written exam about Vannese traffic symbols, the Department of Transportation will issue a Class F1 which will allow them to drive in The Vanna. Foreigner Ambassadors are exempt from the age requirement, review and exam, but still must submit their permit/license to the Department of Transportation to be issued a Class F2.
