Vileria, officially known as the Vilerian Federation or Federation of Vileria and formerly Republic of Vileria and Kingdom of Vileria is a Federation located on the northern half of the Thuadian Continent, in the Sivuk Golf. Land-bordered by Frandice, Acriae, Kaijipoltopolis and Visargia, water-bordered by Sauthar and Artemysia.
The country is inhabited by about 25 million souls as of 2023, it exports mostly cars, electrical cars and commercial planes, most from the Toriano and Manère brands, it also exports a massive amount of woodchips and oil.
The country is divided into 5 geographical regions also known as territories, Gulf, Iromakh Desert, Chakmyo Steppes, Provako Nocha Hills and Novo Plains, it has a very diverse geography.

Etymology and pronunciation

THIS SECTION NEEDS MAJOR REWORK It is not exactly known where the name "Eliria" comes from, one theory states that it means "Land of the Ekharni", however, no people group named "Ekharni" and this theory was dropped. Second theory was that the part "Ek" comes from the old Nichak word Èk meaning "First" and Khär meaning "Heart", so "First Heart Land". For the pronunciation, it depends on the language but in the common language we say (ekʰaːɾɲɐ), in Ekharnian and Nichakeni it is (ɛxarnɪja), in Yakhchali it's (ekʰalɨnia).

History

The Kingdom of Ekharnia

The Ekharnian Monarchy goes back to the 700s, more precisely in 720, which is when Otto I, Marquess of Novokhäservsk invaded what is now North Nichak Region and Mänguza Region, creating the Duchy of Vileria (known at the time as the Duchy of Greater Nichakenia)

Ekharnia is a Federal parliamentary monarchy with elements of a semi-direct democracy, it is classified as "Monarchy" due to its history, being a successor to the Kingdom of Ekharnia, it however is federal and the title of "Federation" is pretty much used only on official papers and in conferences, it's more of a Union-type of state.
The government is formed of multiple Federal Departments, 7 of them exactly, the Vilerian Federal Department of Defense and Homeland Security, the Vilerian Federal Department of Internal Affairs, the Vilerian Federal Department of External Affairs, the Vilerian Federal Department of Finance, the Vilerian Federal Department of Development, Education and Research, the Vilerian Federal Department of Environment, Transport, Energy and Communication and the Vilerian Federal Department of Justice. Each one has a specific purpose and are headed by 7 Departmental Chairmen/Chairwomen, they're part of the Council of the Federation with the President and the Chancellor, a group of 9 people handling the affairs of the country.
Officially, the Monarch is only considered ceremonial, it is represented in the upper house (Federal Council) and is the guardian of traditions and commons, since the royal family possesses a high net worth, the administration doesn't reward the monarch with any salary, in contrary to the other members of the Congress. The monarch can be removed at any time from its position in the Federal Council, however it cannot be deposed or removed from the position leader of its house by anyone.

Administration and Institutions

The Government has its seat in the capital city of Novokhäservsk, in the Palace of Government of the Federation of Vileria, on Admiral Bolzano Street in the Southern Lake Administration, it sits next to the Royal Palace of Vileria where the Royal Family lives.
The Vilerian Army and Armed Forces HQ sits 200 meters opposite to the Royal Palace at the east, its facade facing west. The Vilerian Navy HQ sits in Sharievsk, the capital of the Dasherlan Region, the same city who holds the military docks, the biggest one, with a third of the whole fleet including the Admiral Udaloy-Class Destroyers and the two Rostov-Class Helicopter Carriers. The Vilerian Air Force HQ lies in the Krehllov Region, in the capital city of Olyeghov, the second biggest city in Ekharnia, it is the same area where the Vilerian Air Force Academy is located.

As of 2023, the Federation of Ekharnia possesses multiple ambassies abroad, the most notable being in the Royal Sovereignty of Sauthar, the People's Democratic Republic of Salamat and the Republic of Tmetama.

Military

The Federation of Vileria is a country with an "Armed neutrality" doctrine, with no conscription, they still possess massive armed forces due to the high level patriotism of the people in the country. It makes it one of the most militarized and secure countries in Anteria, with about 317,700 active duty career soldiers, and about 100,000 reservists in the 5 branches which are: The Ekharnian Federal Army, Ekharnian Federal Navy, Ekharnian Federal Air Force, Vilerian Federal Coast Guard and Vilerian Federal Guard.
The country puts about 3% of its GDP, or about 39.45 billion Vilerian Francs. The commander-in-chief is the President and possesses it's own insignia as well as flag independently from the general officers/admiralty. As president, he can declare war at any time with the approval of at least 60% by the Federal Office of War, a group of 13 peoples including the Vice-President. The King or Queen possesses a ceremonial role as "Keeper of Traditions".

Administrative Divisions

The Federation of Ekharnia is divided into 3 levels of Administrative Divisions, the first one being the level 1, they're divided into 1 Rezpublika (republic), 5 Rallvosts (territories), 1 Karod (capital district) and 17 Ovlasts (regions). At Level 2, there are a total of 86 Regional Departments, 21 Territorial Sub-Ovlasts, 13 Capital Administrations and 9 Tmetaman Koshyegs. At Level 3, the country is divided into 1257 Municipialities.

Economy

Import-Export

Ekharnia's resources are plentyful and very diverse, whether it is from the southern oil fields, natural gas, mines, woodchips and a lot more. They classify their exports into 3 categories: Surface natural, underground natural and human-made.
For the underground natural resources, the country exports a high amount of iron (14%), nickel (13.5%) and uranium (7.8%), but also oil (17%), natural gas (16%), silver (14%), lead (9.8%) and copper (7.9%).
The dominating industry in Ekharnia is clearly the crops sector, it is known as the "food storage" of the Njorish Sea, it takes up about 2/5 of the general ressources exportation, they export wood and woodchips, tomatoes, potatoes, cotton, corn, wheat and maize.
And at last, the human-made resources or human-made equipment. The country has a massive car industry, taking up about half of the category's exports, mostly electrical cars and electrical buses. They also create lots of steel as materials, it is heavily used in the military industry.
The whole export industry is worth about 378 billion ACUs every each year, making it about 354,34 billion Ekharnian Francs.

Transportation

The general ways of transport are aerial, with three Cargo Areas in Aseriano Airport, Marshal Maleriso Airport and Gaciano Airport. For everything that concerns vehicles and equipment, it goes by the Laval Docks.
