Röestal, officialy the Republic of Röestal (Menteschalese: Republik Röestal) and formerly known as Oberbachia is one of the 18 constituent nations of the Commonwealth of Galeteri. Located in Southern Galeteri and part of the Menteschal sociocultural region, it is the most recent nation of the Union by order of ingression, having separated from its southern neighbor, Bachia in 1845. Röestal shares borders with six other nations: Bachia (S), Viterstal (NW), Salzern (N), Wahain (NE), Laverna (SW) and Kronenhoch (E). Dorneiss is the nation's capital and largest city.
