The Representative Council of Freice (Freician: Feese Keehira Fasaaima) is the unicameral legislative body of the Country of Freice.

It was established in 1928 as an appointed body to advise the Maaita in the formulation of government policy. The first elections to the Council were held in 1936 on a limited franchise, with universal suffrage introduced in 1951.

The functioning of the Council follows a combination of Riamese and Freician practices. Executive and legislative functions are dually vested in the council, with councillors serving on committees in place of government departments. When constituted as an executive body, it is officially called the Assembled Committees of the Representative Council. The executive functions are overseen by the Policy Development Committee, which is composed of the chairs of the principle committees and a president elected by the wider Council.

Until 2009, the Maaita served as presiding officer and senior landowners and district leaders sat as ex officio voting members. Parliamentary reforms removed all legislative powers from the Maaita and limited membership to elected councillors. The constitutional amendment removed the requirement for the Maaita's presence, instead simply recognising his role as speaker. The council elects a president to preside in the Maaita's absence, with the president now serving as de facto speaker.

The current President of the Council is the Hon. Meesirau Lamip, who has held the position since May 2023.
