Treaty of Orelia, 1900

The Federation of Nicakher and the Holy Empire of the United Provinces of Vileria, now to be considered "The Signatories" sign this treaty for their mutual benefit and future cooperation.

Article I - Economic Cooperation Agreement

I.i - The Signatories agree to cooperate on economic matters to the best of their ability and to their mutual benefit.

I.ii - The Signatories agree to work towards each other's trade goals together on the international stage.

I.iii - The Signatories agree to work with each other towards a future of prosperity and cooperation.

Article II - Mutual Defence Agreement

II.i - The Signatories agree that in the case of war, The Signatories shall come to aid of each other.

II.ii - The Signatories agree to protect each other's shipping whenever possible near territorial waters.

II.iii - The Signatories agree to allow the placement of troops, planes, naval vessels and military attachments into each other's territory.

II.iiii - The Signatories agree to protect each other's airspace.

Article III - Cultural Cooperation

III.i - The Signatories agree to mutually develop their culture and celebrate eachother when possible.

Article IV - Execution, Ratification, Amendment and Repeal

IV.i - This treaty will go into effect immediately after the ratification from both parties.

IV.ii - Any amendment will be executed immediately after ratification from both signatories.

IV.iii - If a signatory wishes to declare this treaty null and void, they must give the other signatory a 7 day notice period before withdrawal from the treaty, and may reinstate their place within the treaty within those 7 days.
