Rataioma XVIII (born Seiteia Seianavio; 10 February 1968) is the 18th Aio'i Keikitoe Ritio, the traditional Queen of Freice, now a Country within the Federation of Riamo. She assumed the now titular title, as well as the headship of the Kauteai Dynasty, the premier noble family, on 22 April 1986 following her mother's death the previous month.
Birth and early life
