This is a Freician name. The last name is patronymic, not a family name; this person is referred to by the given name Kaana.
Mevarau Kaana (born 12 January 2005) is a Freician nobleman, and is the elder daughter of Maaita Kaana Tenkel and Maavine Makeeia Taaguvigi. He is the heir to the hereditary Tuaa share of the Maaitaship. Since January 2023, when his father became Maaita, he has been known as Mevarau Kaana mula Kaana in official documents.
