Ministry of Justice striking down most recreational drug prohibitions as contrary to the Aininian Charter of Civil Rights in 1997, the Parliament of Ainin has not reintroduced legislation to enact drug bans. Ainin is one of the only countries in Esquarium where recreation drugs are not limited by criminal law.
