It quickly became popular amongst the upper class and nobility due to the exclusivity of the sport being played mostly in universities. After the civil war lacrosse was losing players and fans to other sports like football due to its association with the nobility but in 1968 the [[Arzaqan Lacrosse Federation]] successfully rebranded the sport distancing itself from the nobility and elites and focusing on the younger generations by installing lacrosse programs in schools teaching kids how to play the sport.

Arzaqa, officially the Federal Republic of Arzaqa, is a country located in North Thrismari, on the planet Anteria. It is bordered by Ghashir to the north, the Deserts of Thrismari to the south and east and the Anchor Lake to the east.
