Riojania , officially The Federal Republic of Riojania, is a transcontinental country located on the Nostrian Sea Between Olivacia and Hirethia. It shares borders with the Nutern Sea to the north; the Kannapolis Sea to the east; and the Lilac Sea to the southeast. Nostrians form the vast majority of the nation's population and Riokalians are the largest minority. Gunnerton is Riojania's capital city and financial centre, while New Guri is its largest city.

One of the world's earliest permanently settled regions, present-day Riojania was home to important Neolithic sites like Sonarki Falás, and was inhabited by ancient civilisations including the Parathians, Riokalians, Burgans, Nuterns and others. Following the conquests of the Hirethian Empire by the Addmusite dynasty which started the Riojano period, most of the ancient regions in modern Riojania were culturally Nostrianised, which continued during until the fall of the Hirethian Empire in 230 AD.
