Territorial disputes in Anteria
Ongoing territorial disputes
Himfjall
An island situated between Bakyern and New Sebronia in the Clabury Sea, is mutually claimed by both sides. Both sides have used historical claims and settlements to justify their claims to the island. Despite the disputed status, the island today is evenly split between both parties.
Selenzia/Hrastmož
The island of Selenzia (Krenyan: Selenzia, Kental: Храстмож (transliterated: Hrastmož), Ereskanese: Храштмож (transliterated: Hraštmož), Bisveni: Храштмошё (transliterated: Hraštmošyo)) and the smaller neigbouring Horavia (Krenyan: Horavia, Kental: Загогашка (transliterated: Zagogaška)) is a disputed island in the Laurentine gulf. Though officially Krenyan, there is a sizable minority of Kentalian Slavs, such as Ereskanese and Bisveni peoples, making up around 45% of the island's population. Kentalis, though not yet officially, claims the island as the twenty-second and twenty-third provinces of Kentalis, referring to the Historical claim which it has over the island.
On 19 November 2021, a coalition of Kentalian political parties[1] urged the Krenyan government to give increased autonomy to the Slavic groups of the island, bringing the dispute into the next stage.
Historic disputes
East Transcanalia
A portion of desert nestled along the border of Vescarium and Shadoveil. The dispute dates back to overlapping charters from the 1880s and has persisted for decades afterwards. It was not until recently that the dispute was resolved by the conclusion of the Plagyorasian Bush War, which placed the region indisputably in Shadoveilan hands. The Mandate of Vescarium has made no claim to the region since.
