Ongoing territorial disputes

Himfjall

An island situated between Bakyern and New Sebronia in the Clabury Sea, is mutually claimed by both sides. Both sides have used historical claims and settlements to justify their claims to the island. Despite the disputed status, the island today is evenly split between both parties.

Hamburg Fence

Hamburg Fence is a territorial marker for the borders of Hiblund and Frarstizk. The fence is an especially dedicated piece of the border that features a special design with a diamond in the middle of each portion of the fence. The border with the featured design is a miniscule part of the whole border, and it lies in an N-shape. On the eastern side it is mutually agreed upon, however, on the western side it was not fully made clear when Frarstizk claimed independence. The territory under questioning had some favorable resources on it, making it moderately desirable. With differing asks from each government, the workers building the border were confused on where to put it. After confronting both governments, both didn't care too much at the time and simply said to put it on their side. The workers were Hiblundiiun, so they naturally were in favor of their home country and put it on their side. In 2001, the Frarstizkian government was finally made aware of it, and rebuilt the fence to their liking. Both nations have fought with each other about where the fence should be placed, and it has led to some conflict among governments over the years. The fence has been reconstructed three more times since then. There are no inhabitants of the disputed territory, so there are no citizenship conflicts.

Varenki Plateu

The Varenki Plateu is a region located in the north-east part of the Yugoslavian Krajina of Severje. This region is claimed by Cordomonivence using the historical argument that the region was once part of Cordomonivence but was stolen by the Yugoslavians during the first Cordobez civil war, other arguments also include the still big minority of Cordobez ethnic population and the poor Yugoslavian administration of the Cordobez minorities.Yugoslavia has responded to these claims calling them illegitimate.Other reasons that could encourage the Cordobez government to mantain this claims are the mining resources on this region that has plenty iron and uranium deposits along with multiple forests and rivers.

Island of Gorba

The island of Gorba is a Cordobez-owned island located in the southern Marmor sea and administrated by the Special Administration District of Gorba. This island is mainly used as a big military and naval base by Cordomonivence due to its little population.Yugoslavian claims this region arguing that Cordomonivence stoled it although Cordomonivence has stated that Cordomonivence conquered this island withouth resistance and that Yugoslavia hasnt got any control of the island in any time, calling the Yugoslavian claims to be illegitimate.

Historic disputes

East Transcanalia

A portion of desert nestled along the border of Vescarium and Shadoveil. The dispute dates back to overlapping charters from the 1880s and has persisted for decades afterwards. It was not until recently that the dispute was resolved by the conclusion of the Elujic Bush War, which placed the region indisputably in Shadoveilan hands.

Balakhadstaat

Balakhadstaat is a subregion of the Häyä Region and territory of Kakland. It is administrated by Kakland as an autonomous republic. Historically it was under rule by multiple Saradian petty kingdoms from the collapse of the Ahian Empire in 645 CE until the region was conquered by the Riamese in the 1550s. Balakhadstaat would remain under Häyän rule until the Balakhad War between Kakland and the Republic of Saradia. After the war a treaty would devise that the region would be an autonomous republic of Kakland and the Häyäns and Uhyleäns living in the area would remain undisturbed.
