The CPSN-Lhaeraidh Treaty is a bilateral treaty between Dreyvisevich (CPSN) and tir Lhaeraidd which was formalised and signed in 2016.

History

Diplomatic relations between The Community of Pan-Slavic Nations and tir Lhaeraidd have historically been fairly ambivalent, the distance between the two nations prevented any border tensions from arising, and tir Lhaeraidd's policy of trade expansion rather than colonial land grabs meant that neither country came into significant conflict with the other. The extensive trade networks of tir Lhaeraidd allowed for consistent and reasonably amiable relations, however neither party seemed intent on forming close bonds or treaties until The Community of Pan-Slavic Nations's more recent political changes occurred.

In 2016, following the formation of the West Asuran Concordat by tir Lhaeraidd (among others), and the Mydro-Lhaeraidh Accord between Midrasia and tir Lhaeraidd, Teyrn Bedwyr XVI approached the Pan-Slavic government requesting a summit to discuss the future of CPSN-Lhaeraidh relations and therefore the Concordat's position globally. What followed were a series of diplomatic meetings held in Moskva, Rosskava, in which the initial terms of the Accords were agreed. To begin with the terms were tentative, The CPSN recognised WACO neutrality, and a free trade clause was agreed. Subsequent meetings have expanded the treaty resulting in its final signing in 2015

The Accords were officially signed by Statocny Lev of the CPSN and Teyrn Bedwyr XVI of tir Lhaeraidd on the 15th October 2016.
