According to the provisions of the Visa and Consular Affairs Act 2018, the Esquarian Community constitutes a single area for visa purposes as of 1 July 2018. The EC guarantees freedom of movement within its borders. Citizens of visa-waiver states may enter the Community without a visa for 90 days in any 180-day period for personal or business purposes upon presentation of a passport valid for the length of the stay, provided that they may not engage in paid or unpaid work or study while in the Community and notwithstanding other reasons for inadmissibility. | |||||||

Visa requirements in the Empire has seen gradual reduction since the death of Emperor Emeritus Katëk in 2000, with visa on arrival allowed for all countries in 2005, and electronic visa in 2012. Individuals holding passports of historically friendly countries such as Sceathaney and Senria are given visa-free status in 2002, while those of major source of tourists like Ainin and Luziyca are granted the same status in the following year. On 2018, following a state visit by Cao Nima to Tuthina, a memorandum was signed between the head of states to extend visa-free status to the rest of the Esquarian Community, and was codified by the Imperial Court in July. | |||||||
