The Anterian Champion's League Cup is an international competition that contains the top football clubs throughout Anteria. It was originally founded in Hiblund, containing very few nations. In 1967, the league joined the IFA and became a much larger program.
History
Before IFA
The ACLC started out in 1955, which was founded by the Hiblundiiun Football Association, whose intent was to share the Hiblundiiun clubs with the rest of the world, and not only through friendlies. The first ever ACLC season and tournament was hosted in the 1955 offseason, in order to not overcomplicate things with clubs having to arrange their schedules to the compliance of this, at the time, optional league. As the ACLC was a stand-alone organization and not a part of the IFA at the time, only a few nations competed in the event. Although the nation count started off at four, it slowly but surely grew until it hit 11 in its last year without being in the IFA, in 1966.
From 1955-1960, all matches were played throughout different pitches in Hiblund. They were not quite nationwide, but stretched across a decently-sized region nonetheless. In 1961, the ACLC would begin to host the league elsewhere, the host being bid upon, and it was made sure that from 1961 and on, no nation would host twice in a row.
