It was built as a memorial after 2004 Nextred Attack which was a terrorist attack that killed Quinn Robertson, which was Nexalans most famous architecture. The bottom floors are used for coporations such as BeiCo, Pharmac, Keklorg, Etc, most of the floors are big office rooms and hotel rooms, the last 3 floors are apartment complexes that cost over 600,234 dollars a week, only 2 own these apartments which are celebirties. The top is a observation deck including bungee jumping, and food stands. The building is connected to Nexalans biggest mall called Quinn Shopping Center.

It was Layfet's "millennium project" as a way to show Layfet was ready to enter the third millennium. It was a joint project between the Layfetian Government and hundreds of different companies. It is an office tower in which all twelve floors are owned by different entities including governments and private corperations.

9	Viþarrsun Tower	484 Meters	Hitoiruburk, Plattinum	108	2001-2009		Named after famous Plattine architect Tatsuro Viþarrsun (1931-2003), the Viþarrsun Tower was developed under a joint effort by various private and state-owned companies, along with substantial support by the noble House of Plattinum. It's composed of 108 floors and contains a Five-Star Hotel (occupying floors 98 to 106), two museums (Hitoiruburk Architecture Museum and Syrunþing History Museum, occupying floors 97-96 and 95 respectively), an observation deck (floors 107 and 108), and a shopping centre (occupying floors 1 to 4), with the rest of the building being filled with offices from both private and state-owned organizations, plus the necessary mechanical spaces for proper functioning and mantainance of the skyscraper and the lobbies.
